School children have to visit mosque instead of catholic church for the final religious service

In Austria it is common to start the school year with a religious service, and to end the year with a religious service. Usually it is in a catholic church, but in Vorarlberg it was in a Mosque this year. The parents were upset.

What do you think? I have nothing against Islam, but in Islam there is technically barely religious freedom, even human rights are under the pretext of the sharia for the islamic countries, freedoms and human rights only exist in the context of the sharia, so i think it is not a good idea, to do service for christian students in a mosque.

I have made a video on islam, sharia, islamic law and freedom and religious freedom, i was careful not to insult islam, but just inform and encourage discussion. For strict muslims it might be a good thing that no other religions are tolerated though.

Impossible. Either the Orthodox would have to accept the authority of the pope, or Catholics would have to accept their pope being on the same level as the other patriarchs. Neither of these things would ever happen.

It's not only about the pope (normally just a regular bishop of Rome), but clear heresies like Filioque or idea of the Immaculate Conception of the Virgin Mary and again infallibility of the pope.

True, any of these could be reasons why it would be impossible. That was just the first one that came to mind
