There are many Swedish actors in Hollywood and none of them look as similar to D.Lundgren as this man.
I'm pretty sure it's his closest doppelganger in the world.
If you look at a group picture of 50-60 years old Swedish men, you won't find his look alikes.
People on these anthroforums know that Brezhnev was Ukrainian.
And if he had normal eyebrows, there wouldn't be anything ambiguous about his looks.

As said there are all kinds of individuals among of 150million huge population (who knows; some very lucky ones can still carry a bit of Vikings blood today). Those still will not represent normal/average Russian. I had enough time to see Russian tourists in Finland. Plus all who follow sports/culture etc. knows that.
