He's a very rare type there. He is a better fit as south Italian or med islander, if not the levant or turkey.

I think he'd have a hard time passing as Northern Italian (especially among ethnic Milaneses).
I've never seen a Lombard person with such phenotype in the cities of Northern Italy.

Having one north italian grandparent is not uncommon for someone born in Milan, chances of finding someone with all four grandparents native to Lombardy on the other hand..
