Default Will the Fertility Rates in Europe Rise Again?

In this video, I discuss if the fertility rates in the regions most affected by the population decline and aging will rise again in the future, and if the answer is affirmative, then why and how it might happen.

Yes, after it's been colonised by Arab Muslims.

One way which could get fertility to rise is if people embraced embryo selection (where couples select their best embryo(s)) or IVF in general for births for whatever reason- perhaps couples might select to have 2 embryos implanted rather than just 1 and this might be what it takes to get the average children per woman above 2.1??

Or perhaps Hungary will be successful with their latest "pay no tax" for women who have 4 children or whatever policy and then other countries will follow.
