Which country would you rather live in: Costa Rica or Uruguay?

What could make the difference is the weather, Costa-Rican central valley has a perfect climate (no could no hot, in the hottest day of the year the maximum temperature could reach 29°C and the minimum in the coldest day not less than 13°C).
But I prefer uruguayan food than costa-rican...

I am sorry but both in equal.

San Jose - CR is 1175 meters above sea level, the temperature is pleasant. The coast is more warmer. From what I've heard there are many foreigners in San Jose

100% Uruguay!!! because it's more developed, i have some good friends over there, and there's a big Jewish community already stablished

En cuanto a asesinatos no....
Chile es el país más seguro por mucho en ese sentido y en segundo lugar le sigue Nicaragua.
De hecho creo que Perú no anda tan lejos de esos.
Montevideo no está mal pero en ese ítem no punteado

Si puntea entre las ciudades con mejor calidad de vida y el país también...

A lo mejor Montevideo es mas seguro que BA, de todos modos la diferencia tampoco es tan alta , la ventaja que tiene Uruguay es que al tener una poblacion baja no tiene tantos delincuentes como podria tener otro pais latinoamericano por eso es que tal vez no se oiga mucho de inseguridad en Uruguay.
