You share the most important aspect of your hypostasis,which u didnt mention,Genes.
They are partly U, . Now i know u dispase their other part, but this doesnt change the reality.
Also, as u very well know, race and culture dont always overlap, but mostly, tribes make races, races make nations ,nations create cultures and empires, and Iberia is the leading power in this former empire.
Anyways as i said ,the heart of the north Atlantic superower(USA) will do its best to not let latam countries, and especially Mexico and Brazil be magnitized by other powers, cultures. So, yes, Iberia followed and took part,was part of the western European ''things'' and evolution of things, but in the way a new culture evolved in latam, of which Spain and Portugal are mothers. Now as i said before if this pole (latam countries) flourish economicaly and not only, Iberias role and status in regional and global afairs will increase, same for Greece and my part of the world, like for example Syria, or the powder cage of Europe ,the Balkans, or Russia, if these countries flourish more, we Greeks will be upgraded geopolitically also.
IF these things ever happen, i see also Spain entering and intervening more into Africa as well. Now if u dont like Marocaans too, i dont care

Exaclty, but Greece has western made weapons, powers that posses other kind of weapons are Russia and to a lesser extend Serbia, we should look to them,and create our own weapons, and not export billions of euros annually for western imports.
Also,we should focus more on the think that belongs solely to us and derives/is produced by us which is soft power

In my mind ,having deapened more into Geostrategic and Geopolitical analysis, there are 6 distict spheres of civilization.These cultural civilizations go by the following names:

1)Atlantic, or ''Western Civilization''. No classification needed, includes North America ,Western Europe and the offshore Islands.

2) Orthodox Christian or civilization of the Intermediate space. Cultural civilization of Eastern Europe, some parts of the near East.
3) Islamic Civilization. Mainly the middle East, and Arab gulf, also Persian culture.

4) Chino-Pasific ,East Asian Culture and civilization

5) African civilization(Cultures of Subsaharan Africa)

6)Latin American civilization ( Includes the Americas apart from Anglosaxonic world), sometimes Iberia also. Stronly Influenced by The Pope and Rome.

If u have any different opinion or world view, i have my ears open,Also please pinpoint aspects and characteristics of each Cultural Sphere.

Spain completely belongs to the Atlantic/Western Civilization, and isn't any exotic to it, LOL

Latin American civilization is just a sub-branch (a Spain derived sub-branch) of that same Atlantic/Western civilization. Is fundamentally western but with some extra-European mix into it (Amerindian and African) varying in their quantity and proportion of Amerindian and African from one country to another.

This is a stupid argument. Blacks of America dont share the same culture/civilization than blacks of Africa, and they have the same genes. Australians dont share the same culture than British or Americans, who also have different culture/civilization, yet they have the same genes. Afrikaaners dont have the same culture than Dutch.
