Do all white people with brown hair and brown eyes and pale skin look same

I have seen people saying that east Asian look same because of same hair/eye color and similar skin color. So by that logic all white people with same hair eye skin color should look same.

People of different races find it difficult to differentiate people of other races. I assume a lack of familiarity.

My dog distinguishes Russians from Central Asians. Barks only at blacks: Tajiks, Uzbeks. People tend to be tolerant. I'll be like my dog...Spaniards, Romanians and Italians make me feel these people are representatives of an alien race. Northern Europeans are different and strange, but they do not cause rejection.
