after living in Spain for almost 5 years, I have learned so many things about the European/Mediterranean lifestyle that have completely changed my perspective on how to live my life. It is a panacea, a myth, long-lived and happy, Mediterranean/European lifestyle. We work 8 hours a day, the video shows outdoor bar terraces, there are them all over Europe and all over the world. Happy? well, as in the rest of the world, who is completely happy?

It is rather that we are not a hate society and we have an excellent public health, food helps, especially the Andalusian extra virgin olive oil, but not everyone nowadays knows how to eat well, Spanish supermarkets are full of convenience foods, we smoke like cartwrights and consume a lot of drinks and unhealthy products.

She is very young and sooner or later she will realize that happiness is an inner job rather than being in a certain geographical point.
