THE TRUTH ABOUT NIGER.
WHY ARE ALL THE EUROPEAN COLONIZERS TIGHTENED???
There used to be a democracy in Niger.
The West liked this democracy very much, especially France. Yes, and how not to like it when France calmly used all the considerable natural wealth of Niger, exactly the same as a couple of hundred years ago - for all the same glass beads.
The West loved the democracy of Niger so much that sometimes they even sent leftovers from their table there to support this very democracy. Eat a little hungry Nigerians of humanitarian aid - and again they will be satisfied with their democracy. Not in the same way as the West, of course, but not so much as to arrange revolutions and all sorts of unrest.
The democratic power of Niger was nothing more than an ordinary colonial administration, and the fact that it was recruited from local, and not from visiting white Sahibs, did not fundamentally change anything. Well, maybe it was cheaper, because the local democratic leader was content with less than the typical white governor-general of the heyday of colonialism.
Nigerian democracy was a real delight in France. As you know, most of the electricity in France is generated by nuclear power plants, and the African country supplied the French with a full third of the required uranium. Once again, a third of France was in fact powered by energy from Niger.
And now carefully - at the same time, in Niger itself, 80% of the population is deprived of access to electricity. The vast majority. To have electricity, which Niger provides a third of France, in the country itself is actually a privilege.
In the presence of not only uranium, but also gold, as well as many other valuable minerals. Niger was a democracy, but there was no electricity. And the West was quite happy with it! Why do these Nigerians need electricity?
The white French need it, but the Nigerians will live on, nothing will happen to them. Well, the fact that many people in the country are simply malnourished can be attributed to Russia - they say, it is not good, it blocked the export of grain from Ukraine, which fed the whole of Africa.
Now the French really want to return democracy to Niger, and to France - uranium and gold from Niger, the suspension of the export of which was announced by the new military authorities of the country. They want to return it so much that they are already inciting their puppets, still remaining in Africa, to military intervention in the country. And they themselves threaten to launch airstrikes on the country's capital. Of course, in the name of democracy.
And practically free uranium for a third of its energy. Which, admiring Nigerian democracy, they exchanged there for bribes to the democratic leader and glass beads.
There is another reason why not only France, but also the European Union will not leave Niger behind in the near future. While everyone is focusing on uranium, we forget that Niger is a key participant in the trans-Saharan gas pipeline from Nigeria to Europe through the territory of Niger and Algeria. The volumes of planned gas supplies are comparable to the Nord Stream, and now this project is a big question mark. So the European Union and its African satellites are quite capable of carrying out intervention in Niger, because for Europe, after the rejection of Russian gas, there are not so many alternatives left.
