NATO already exists, mate, you don't need to create a thousand institutes all of which will have the same function. There's basically no point in restoring the PLC right now. If NATO fails to defend its members (which I highly doubt) - sure, you could try creating your own defensive pact and a joint military to oppose the neo-bolshevik chimera, but right now that would just draw the resources away from where they're actually needed.
