Atlanto-Med + Alpine. The cheekbones are too broad and not compressed, can't be Atlantid, the face is not as robust because of the Alpine admixture.

The Nose is wider, as is the skull (Atlanto-Meds are very Dolichocephalic and he looks more towards the Mesocephalic range) and as I said before, features are not as robust.
