You don't have harsh features to pass for Persian. This is what Iranians typically look like:

The Nose is wider, as is the skull (Atlanto-Meds are very Dolichocephalic and he looks more towards the Mesocephalic range) and as I said before, features are not as robust.

His looks within the dolicocephalic range to me. He is atlanto-med, there is no significant alpinisation of his skull but if you want to say minor influences I'm ok with that.

I believe that in most countries except those of the far north, Scandinavia, Baltic countries and some eastern European like Belarus, but you'd better ask to someone from those regions.

Central northern/northern italian, Central and south french, swiss from Ticino or Grigioni, northern Iberian.
