"Moreno" is used (at least in my area) for someone with dark skin tone, dark hair and eyes like this guy, I think it's a very ignorant term because it only refers to pigmentation, it has nothing to do with others racial traits, a dark Caucasian like this guy and one mestizo like Jenna Ortega can be called "Moreno".
