We can cherrypick out of both countries. Greece used to cover half of Asia and parts Africa, its normal they will have such kind of admixture. On other side Ottoman empire was in balkans for several centuries, that were they got their white looks from.

We are a diverse people. But in general Turks have Mediterranean-Asian features.
