I wanna clarify here that I'm not European, though my ancestry is predominantly so if not fully and people here didn't notice non-European admixture in me.

I'm Latin American and I consider my region similar to Turkey in some aspects: we've had historical contacts with Europe, we're mongrels partially descended from them but we're at most in their periphery because we have many problems.

I do wish we'd become more similar to Europe in some ways but just like DomitiusAurelian said I also think we should seek our own path, Europe hasn't been the bastion of reason and common sense in recent times.

I think that to lag behind got its advantages: we can learn from past mistakes made by other nations. I think old Europe is worth imitating on many aspects and we can learn from all the mistakes today Europe has commited (particularly mass migration from the worst places on earth). At least when it comes to my country I think we should follow the model from many Asian countries and increase our relations with them instead of Europe.

Once I heard that Turkish couples go to European sperm banks to get blond children. I met a student from Turkiye, she looked typical Turkish and she told me she is looking for a German boyfriend because she wants visa and European looking children, she always said she doesn’t like Arabs, Armenians and Persians and she would be ashamed that they would share the same geography with them.

Low troll effort, no one in Aegan, Black Sea or Eastern Marmara region thinks we share the exact same geography as Arabs or Iranians - we are physically far too removed from each others population centers. She could've find a German(ic) looking man from anywhere but esspecially from Thrace and Black Sea, why go all the way to Germany?
