Man the tourist places of Spain are places, towns, cities e.t.c. very specific, it is a tiny part of the country. In most parts of the country we see tourists on t.v.

According to oral family tradition E-FT155550 comes from a deserter of Napoleon's troops (1808-1813) who stayed in Spain and changed his surname.

Even Mallorca (which is an island, and not that small island, since it measures almost 100 kms from one end to another) that is very small compared to the Spanish mainland peninsula, is not all a touristic place. There is a deep interior Mallorca with just normal everyday Mallorcan people and no tourists around, and even Palma, the capital (as well as other Mallorcan cities like Inca or Manacor), out of the touristic parts of it (paseo Maritimo and some specific places in the historical center, very visited by tourists) a great part of the city is a normal city where you only see local residents all around (including bars and discotheques only frequented by Spanish/Mallorcan youths). Some people have no idea of what they talk about.

In Vilafranca we're having new residents of German origin still they are few.

I was in Mallorca some years ago, my objective was to avoid the mass german and british tourism of Magalluf etc so I stayed in the north of the island next to Puerto d'Alcúdia and its beautiful bay, took a couple of days to visit the mountainous hinterland, the region of Valldemosa is extremely beautiful, I wonder if it has become very touristic in recent years?

I haven't visited Valldemossa in some time but i don't remember it being very touristic only that in Tramuntana is very common to find bikers who are from here or from other countries.
