I think prostitution should be legal and regulated. Unless a man be supremely confident or wealthy, it is a joke to suppose that a man experiences true choice when it comes to women. For all this talk among the masses about how women are marginalised in the society, still it remains that in the realm of sex and general sensuality, the female remains the chooser. Even though it may be prohibitively expensive and unsatisfying in an ultimate sense, prostitution remains the one realm where a man has choice. I have never partaken, but I cannot say that I never would.

I have no illusions: Prostitution will always take place, regretfully. But there's no reason to make it easier by legalization. Criminal assault is prevalent but illegal, now picture what would happen if assault was made legal!?

Prostitution should be made illegal. Nobody should sell the body in order to survive or earn money. It will take place until the end of our world but the state shouldn't champion it, that's the salient point.

Perhaps a bit but that should be maintained in a healthy relationship with a woman. I think there needs to be a balance between our intellect and passions. We need to remain on the side of intellectual honesty so as to not get carried away with our passions which is just too easy to have done.


I will respect your views and ideas even though I do not necessarily agree with them. I do though agree that women get to have too much when it comes to matters of sex and sensuality. This is concerning and I think it can have a dastardly effect on any relationship.

I hate prostitution as a general rule, and it should always be treated different from a "normal" occupation (such as with regard to the German young lady who almost lost her unemployment benefits because she declined a job offer from a brothel keeper; that sort of degenerate travesty should NEVER be permitted to occur), but its going to exist, and we're better off tamping down its worst effects through regulatory oversight, rather than through criminalization.

I don't know if a correlation can be made. I think people use this as an excuse to get involved in prostitution and pornography.

I think people should learn to become more disciplined and to self-master their behaviors and actions. If they can not do so then they must have a problem and should probably see a psychologist. People are too weak if they can not discipline themselves and learn self-control, they should learn it because its economical and the State should come down hard with the law on people who don't.

Yeah i agree, but its better to face the fugly truth, rather than thinking about an idealistic/utopian world (where everyone should be like this or that) that never gonna happen.

Sex is a natural urge, and some primitives around will do anything to satisfy their urges, brothels/whores all the way.
