Kurds are native of Zagros Mountains which arent in Turkey. In very little part of that region theyre older than Turks (particularly Iraq border) and they were never a majority, just like gypsies of the region until Ottoman Empire killed-deported Shia Turks armenians, Assyrians and other indigenous people of the region. Because they were Sunni and easy the use. Its the same as MENA invasion of Europe today.

I fully support rethink of Turkish-Greek rivalry, I don’t believe in such hostility between us and you Greeks. Even I support reconciliation with Armenians, realistically I don’t think that would come true. My family has positive attitudes towards Greeks, but bad attitudes towards Armenians which seem to be widespread position among Turks. But honestly that idea is quite naive and Turks as well Greeks have too aggressive and hateful elements inside their political spectrum, that idea seems to be irrelevant nowadays.

Back to the topic, Kurds aren’t belonging really to the Byzantine cultural sphere, rather to the Iranian one, while Turks are between both. Kurds are too numerous and politically relevant, they never would want to be a minor part of something big like Turkiye or this hypothetical Turko-Greek union.

There is a stupid assumption that Turks are a link between the West and the Sharq but Turks are connecting Westasia and Central Asia, therefore they are just belonging to the Sharq. Anatolia became their new home and they formed something new.

It isn’t wrong that Kurds are originally from Zagros mountains and that they weren’t innocent throughout the history, but who were? Turks are idolising Mongols although they aren’t Turkic, killed many Turks, committed genocide(by the way Kurds replaced this people in this areas) and destroyed civilizations. Now there is a Kurdish question, an independent Kurdish nation would be good for that region.

Wouldn't say so. They pretty mixed! Sure there are some full Anatolians that pretty much makes them Greek. But the main bulk are quite mixed heavily with turks!

Nobody cares what anyone deserves. You get what you can take. Might makes right. Life is unfair, so if Kurds want own country they will need to create it with force. There are other ways to that goal too (a la Israel) but Kurds simply don't have such influence so it will come down to option number 1.
