Yes. Both Czehia and Albania have been heavily influenced by Soviet Union, and also Albania has some Slavic touch. Finland and Greece are heavily westernized, the way of thinking, history and culture.

I don't want to ruin your day but Russia is also a part of the West, as all of Europe is, just in case of Russia denying it is apparently a way to cope with how underdeveloped it is. No wonder Russians don't want to compare themselves to the rest.

Kinda funny how you seems to be trying to bash the Poles as being cheap foreign workers, when in Poland the minimum pay is several times that of Russia's.

But this map doesn't make any sense anyway, as there is nothing like the "Slavic" model of the world - Poland, Czechia or Slovakia are following one model (typical Western European), Russia and Ukraine another one (post-Soviet corrupt oligarchy), wheres Belarus is a dictatorship of Lukashenko. And the Balkans are divided, but mostly are trying to follow the Western European model.
So what is there to choose?

I'm pretty sure the US also differs significantly in its political system from Europe.
