When you give up rock music and good senses in other things, plus mild and patient parents and some money, you will be a math geek like them. Asian cultures outside Japan and Thailand are pretty grey. But this facade trick can be easily busted if to do the olympiad in adult math, by adult math, jews and mixed people will be at least 50% of the gold medalists. Teenager math proves nothing crucial in the real developments, just a cultural trait in strong family education. Too many myths about China, India, Orients, to elevate us from the traditional superstitions which will always work against ourselves.

I'm not young and I don't want to be the usual one who remembers times gone by... But I'm sure that today kids ( in Italy for sure ) are on average more stupid than kids in the 60's and 70's (maybe even 80's)..
