Maybe you as individual look european, but i have never heard anyone to say Turkey is european country or turks are europeans/whites.
Turks are connecting to ottomans in the european kultur, who were enemies of Europe in the most history. The islam is also separate Turkey from Europe. Turks have significant non european genetic, their behavior/mindset is also different in general. According to my experience, most turks dont even consider themselves european.

Spaniards are way closer to the rest of Europe than to Bedouins. They are well into Europe, genetically, in looks, racially and culturally.
And nobody is talking about lowering the limits to 70% (yet some castizos at that percentage could blend in in Europe, but lots of people with that same percentage don't), but 85% is a reasonable limit to set the threshold. Most (a vast majority of) people with that percentage of European blood blend in just fine among full Euros.

I'm 97% European, while I am a native resident of Europe) About 5-7% of the admixture in a person begins to show non-Caucasian characteristics. For example, too big or snub nose, very thick hair, epicanthus, and so on. I don't think there should be a threshold. Every part of Europe has its own European. The Spaniard seems like a black man to me. I seem to the Spaniards to be a Mongol. What is the point of generalizing about Europeans?
