Ancestry DNA 2023 UPDATE

Today (27th of September) Ancestry DNA refreshed the results.
This is what my results look like now after the update:



I got +4% Eastern European, while I lost 4% The Balkans. The other percentages did not change.

I would describe my family's results as good.

You can see things get a little messy in Northwestern Europe with the genetic overlaps in that region of Europe. For instance, I inherited 7% Scotland from my mom -- while she does not get any. In reality, she does have these same segments, it's just that they gets swallowed into the England & NW Europe category in her case.

Me and my sister's inheritance charts look good -- Our Hungarian side (paternal) is clear.

My mom's inheritance chart shows her father's side as having some Eastern and also a little Southern ancestry -- this is true. He had East Prussian and Tyrolean ancestors. Her mother's side had the English, so that was placed correctly as well.

So overall, job well done.

I received my results September 23 and now they updated my results lol

I became 1% more Euro/MENA and less Indigenous Mexican (I already miss my South Italy and Sardinia ).

I don't understand why they put the Nigeria being less than 1% if the rest of my results are already the 100%, I am not counting it tbh.

My communities are the same and just from México btw.
