R1 is not Lake Baikal, it is thought to be Uralic or originating in Kazakhstan, although basal R (Malta Boy) is Lake Baikal.
Still, even as a Russian you are still much closer genetically (autosomal) to the average Levantine than the average East Asian (Same with almost all Europeans except maybe Sami and some other fringe groups).

At least some subclades of J2 and G are definitely White, while not all clades of R1a and R1b are so.

R1b is of Eurasian origin regardless of carriers' ethnicity.

That checks out. You need very high european admixture for the North (Eur)asian groups to get closer than the Levantines.

The Siberian Tatar is right in that border so that in some Asian-shifted Russians they are closer than Levantines.

The Siberia Tatars are barely 50 percent East Eurasian/Mongoloid, it's no use picking them as an East Eurasian reference. An ethnic Russian will be closer to a Lebanese than to a Korean, that's for sure.
