Has anybody else had an OBE & a vision thereof?

I’ve had kinda 2.
Don’t know for sure, but I assume we are talking about the “Etheric Body” here leaving the body.

Went to Amsterdam with a friend for a holiday. Whilst there, my friend started stuffing his face with cream cakes from the bakery and seeing this so put me off food, I didn’t eat for over 24 hrs.

We then walked to a bar to meet a third friend, who lived in Amsterdam.
At the bar, my blood sugar levels suddenly plummeted to a dangerous level. Started to feel so weak, extremely fatigued and I started to soak in cold sweat. Then my etheric body (?) separated from my body and now my awareness (‘I’) was somewhere above and behind my physical body witnessing the scene.

Being so fatigued, my body-mind was just mechanically present & then I saw the whole pub like this.
How all our minds are so mechanical, so conditioned (void of any real sense of awareness) that we respond to things like programmed robots, like clockwork, never questioning anything.
From the etheric body awareness reference point of view this was a maddening insight or ‘vision’.

Then having a drink, I suppose my blood sugar stabilized & ‘I’ (my awareness) was back in my body.

The next day we went to an art museum, where there was an art installation of a pub, but all the faces of the pub-goers were clocks.
Seeing this I could feel my etheric body starting to separate again and had to leave the installation in a hurry.

Another time was when I was asleep .. Did I have a bad arrythmia or what (?), but I woke up when I felt like a kick between my shoulder blades and all of a sudden ‘I’ was sitting near the ceiling on top of my bookshelf & next ‘I’ was on the floor beside the bed so extremely, extremely fatigued I crawled back to the body.

Astral body (the so called ‘free soul’) can leave the body, no worries, but 'etheric body' cannot for longer periods or it will result in the death of the physical body ... it seems.
