What do people think of transgender and transracial surgery?

By transracial surgery, I mean things like skin lightening treatments, double-eyelid surgery, rhinoplasty, lip reductions etc. IMHO, at the very least neither transgender nor transracial operations should be allowed for children, not just due to the physical dangers but also because children are too impressionable and do not have enough capacity to exercise mental autonomy over such issues.

I personally do not like plastic/cosmetic surgery for unnecessary reasons. I wouldn't even dye my hair a different color. However, I don't care what other people do as long as they are adults.

What a sad, sorry place this forum has become. People here can't even bring themselves to condemn things as bizarre, disgusting and vile as 'transgender and transracial surgery'! Of course it should be illegal for adults and minors alike. After all, who wants to unknowingly fuck a post-op trannie?! What if you even marry one of these things without knowing what they really are?
