Default Where were my ancestors during the heyday of the Roman Empire?

Is it possible that at least some of my ancestors were citizens of the Rome?

The only two ways I could think of:
    1. If you're really lucky you could try tracing your Ydna deep enough to find a matching sample from the time period you're interested in.
    2. Run your coordinates through as many ancient calculators as possible and compare the results, this might give you an idea of your genetic composition and, therefore, an approximate location/area of where your ancestors lived. For example, if you get lots of Saami, Slavic and Baltic that would mean your ancestors probably lived on the north-eastern edges of Europe.
But knowing anything for sure isn't possible, all of these tests and calculators are approximations and a lot of it is simple guess work.
Perhaps a more experienced forum member will correct me if I'm wrong, but that's my take.

In a Greek mountain village no doubt about it.
“For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.” Eph. 6:12

Definition of untrustworthy and loose character are those that don't believe in God.
