What do you like on your pizza?

I would rather have a good sandwich on sourdough. Pizza here today is not of the same quality that it was decades ago. Mass produced through conveyor belt ovens. Toppings don’t save the day nor does the recent addition of flavoured mayos and sauces from plastic bottles. Ugh

Mozzarella cheese, delicious tomato based pizza sauce.

I used to eat pepperoni pizza.

Then I went into a tomato and basil phase when the pizzeria offered fresh basil.

I went through a pineapple phase.

I like to put oregano, basil, garlic powder, and hot pepper flakes.

Combine mustard and ketchup (preferably the Danish variants, if you can get your hands on those), roasted onions, hotdog sausages and diced pickles and you`ll get a hotdog pizza. Believe me, it`s great!
