I Quit Smoking

I don't want to doubt your willpower, but maybe you should wait longer before you can say "I've quit smoking."

Congrats... It will take a bit to break the cravings at specific times. However, once you get past that, you are golden.

I wouldn't be able to do this on my own. But the Holy Spirit convicted me, because my body is his temple. I have asked Jesus to help me, because it is very difficult to do this on one's own. He has been helping me so far. No doubt temptation will come along (and already has), but I'm sticking with it. I've made a decision.

I'm not using any help aids. I have a packet of Nordic Spirit nicotine chews, but I won't be using it. I also have 5 packs of cigarettes left. I will either give it to my neighbor, who smokes, or throw it away.

You should quit. There's nothing good about smoking. My lungs started to pain when I woke up in the morning. It already is beginning to feel better after one day.

You need to wait for a substantial period of time to declare you are completely smoke - free though.
