I would say an intermediate, although a little more towards the Portuguese side.

More like Portuguese which is not surprising as they are closer geographically than an island population like the Irish and both French and Portuguese are continental Europeans.

It would also be more noticeable if pictures were better quality but that's not a criticism as it is a the easiest way to compare. Just as an example of the differences with Tadgh Beirne.

People can disagree if they wish but someone like Caelan Doris also looks just stereotypically Irish. I don't see him passing in many other countries. He can pass fine in places like Australia and New Zealand but he has that very Anglo-Celtic look about him.
