This is not body of a typical Pyknomorph.

So when they are trained, they might even lean more towards mesomorphy, while when they're old and too fat they appear more pyknomorphic.

The reason why they're good in strongmen competitions is that they retain muscles of mesomorphy with additional body fat from pyknomorphy which serves as some sort of a ballast against weights they lift. Many heavy lifters have lot of fat, muscles are needed to lift huge weights but techniques often rely on several phases of lifting between which weight needs to be placed somewhere "to rest" until individual is ready for the next phase, and for that more mass is needed and fat finds it's use.
Clear. So, normally, i'd say they're pretty mesomorphic, cause they're tall and robust (and not tall and very thin like many others). They're usually not stocky and short like the alpinoids.

No Kirsten Dunst looks quite like a Borreby, but here are some examples of West-Baltid.

No, I think Saruman meant to say that they looked like a more athleltic pyknomorphic type then Alpinoids that is they have more potential for accumulating muscle mass.

That's mesomorphic body!!! I think we're talking about the same thing: mesomorphic means the tendency to be easily muscular. I think Saruman meant they when they are trained they can develope good muscles, while by aging they tend to be fatter and pyknomorphic.

The people you posted look somewhat eastern european imo, i mean they're pretty similar to Borrebys but they've got something foreigner too, usually the eyes (which are narrower and longer than Borreby's ones).

Yes, well I intended to show you that sometimes it can be easy to confuse Borreby with West-Baltid. It was simply a collection of photos to show you that it can be quite easy to make mistake at times concerning the Borreby type. It was to show you to be cautious to not confuse the Borreby type with other types although they may look somewhat similar.

Many examples shown are not typical Borreby/Cromagno-Alpinoids in my opinion.

My idea of recent representatives from Denmark:

    Borreby-Nordid:

    Nordid with Borreby:

On avg. they are probably in between the two, they can be closer to one or the other.
