For Slavic : They look more Baltid/Borreby mix.
For continental Celtic : yes, you can find Borreby in France (Normandy, Nord-Pas-Calais and few in Lorraine), Belgium, Netherlands and Québec.
For british Celtic : yes and no. The CM English are more often Anglo-Saxon type and the CM Irish are more often Brünn but you can find Borreby mostly in North West Europe and North America.

You can find Borreby in some parts of Italy and ex-Yugoslavia. A lot of Serbians, Croatians, Montenegrins... are often Dinarid/CM/Borreby.
