Yes he has something of a Maciek Koterski apperance. But Maciek Koterski look like typical French from south France, maybe his something in common are Basques!

I think is part of the Irano-Nordid type, not necessarily Central Asian in the Mongoloid sense but a type that can be also found among Iranoids.

High-headed, dinaricized dolichocephalic, common "Dinaro-Pontid" type in Balkans.
