Except they're not, most of the time. A mere Google search can prove they're not "Europeans". Use that tool to search properly, doesn't hurt at all. And for a matter of fact, if it's "a part of Jews", enough for it to be a substantial portion of them, it means they on average encourage it. Which is indicated by the fact that myriads of Jewish migration NGOs have been founded.
