Looks like Ethiopia's own [Japan's] GEACPS - Greater East African Co-Prosperity Sphere? Ethiopia already influences African countries in that the AU HQ is in Ethiopia and most Flags are from that of the Ethiopian color scheme. I see it as an easy dub.
