Default What's the percentage of Argentinian people who are 50% or less Euro?

I asked a similar question yesterday about the percentage of Argentinians who score 100% Euro, but today I wanna know what's the percentage of Argentinians who score only 50% Euro or less than this.

Let's say 10% of the population.
In Salta and Jujuy provinces (Northwest) probably around 50/60% of the population are -50% Euro, but in the Central Region not more than 5% are -50% Euro and the last is the most populated area of the country while Salta/Jujuy are not too much people.
