The UNSD notes that "the assignment of countries or areas to specific groupings is for statistical convenience and does not imply any assumption regarding political or other affiliation of countries or territories"

I knew that someone would have objections, it's normal, it always happens no matter what we do. I understand it, I usually have objections about many calculators too.

I don´t care about your political opinions of UN, just wanting to make quickly a "saturday night fever"calculator for fun.

I have only applied the map, and I have directly used national regional references. the map is "grosso modo" about geographic regions, not genetic ones, so extrapolating it to a calculator does not make much sense, that is why it is only "for fun".

If you want, you can take the same sources that I have posted, and put in front the label that seems most appropriate to you and make a new thread with a new calculator. 90% of the calculator is already done.

The calculator you get will make more sense genetically speaking, but it will be similar to others that we have all done tons of times.
