Ancestry 2.0 -- a modern calc idea to try

I had an idea and thought to share in case you'd like to try it also.

Method: Choose as SOURCE only the ethnicities or specified regions from your commercial DNA results: Ancestry.com & 23andMe primarily on the calculator below, for example, but obviously you can use normal G25 samples or other calcs, scaled or unscaled, etc, but I used this test as an experiment and it shows some solid results.

My results below are from the following calc which I suggest you try-- just eliminate all groups you do not show on commercial results: https://www.exploreyourdna.com/calcu...el-marques.htm

Note: I included all "East Europe" samples because I was given that general category by 23andMe.

Try Ancestry only results with same resultant populations you received from them, but use G25 MODERN SCALED POP AVERAGES for those groups.

When I select the same 8 groups from Ancestry.com which I got, I get very different results. How about you guys?
