He isnt that gracile, and infantil Gracil med wouldnt look like this imo. I think Alpinized Paleo Sardinian.

true, there is slight tendency towards that but still in a reduced form. dunno about Alpine since Alpine should give rounder features and shorter face, right?
so then some sort of Atlantomed? but funnily he passes better as Eastcentral Euro than as Iberian.
could be somewhere between these in the end, less robust than the first one (Atlantomed):

Light brown skin, straight to wavy dark, abundant hair. Short, meso- to endomorph, mesoskelic. Chamae- orthocranic, dolichocephalic, rather small-headed. Short, frequently concave, mildly leptorrhine or mesorrhine nose with a depressed bridge. Features coarse, hardly reduced. Face wide and low, significant supraorbital arches, forehead and hairline low, deep-set eyes, prognathy mild, jaw size modest.

him being between Atlanto and Gracile, less robust than proper Atlantomeds, more squarish than proper Gracilemed. just an opinion, though, I am not good at classifications.
