Imagine a theoretical scenario: A lot of South Slavs migrate to Sweden Stockholm. After 4 generations, the children of those migrants become 70% of Stockholm province and almost all of them start to identify as Swedish instead of identifying as Serbian, Bulgarians, Croatian and etc. In that case, will the regional average Swedish_Stockholm genetically be South Slavic-like? I mean, will Swedish_Stockholm be represented as South Slavic-like in the calculators of GEDmatch?

But to answer your question directly, I would assume their genetic impact would influence the population of Stockholm to resemble more south slavic ancestry.

They would still know that there is admixture and where it is from. I think most populations now have been tested so there are databases with all these populations' results. Also in most countries now they can dna test populations from different time periods. So they will always know what original populations were like even if they do change in the future.

Of course not, we have great track records of population movements since at least the holocene, with the last major ethnogenesis shifts of Europe in the Bronze Age/Iron Age, so up to 3500-4000 years of sometimes surprising continuity. We know who's native or who's not.

National averages are already excluding people of recent immigration obviously, although initially it's self reported genealogy of having "4 native grandparents" so it's not 100% reliable before hand but they still reject too obvious outliers in academic databases when done properly.

If the population was to become so numerous among natives, you would likely get at some point references in the likes of "Scandinavian_Slav", in the same way you get some "Balkan_Turk". Provided they also mix at scale with the natives, otherwise it would be pointless. To change a national average in any meaningful way, it takes a lot of people and a lot of time as well, way more than people imagine, several hundreds years at least.
