yes and no, yes because they have wiederbetätigungsgsetze ("doing it again laws") and they think nazis were evil etc. and blame nazis, no because in the early years after the war, the austrians didnt identified as having been nazis but "first victims of nazis" and austria was never under allied or soviet occupation like germany, but nowadays they would critice that early narrative and admitt that they have been nazis as well and blame nazis etc.

Are you now talking about themselves, or outsiders (who are valuing them)? Perhaps true with the first one, but I'm not so sure about the latter (just as what is relevant (or be proud of) differs a lot).
