    Argentina.

    Most of my closest friends are from there, they are usually very kind and friendly people despite that sometimes i don't understand some few words with their accent, and i also have some relatives that moved there from both maternal and paternal sides.

    I agree. Contrary to stereotype, I'd say they actually tend to be the nicest of their neighbours (along with Uruguayans): both cultured and gregarious at the same time. In contrast, Chileans I often find too stuffy and conservative, Brazilians can sometimes be a bit too frivolous and selfish, Paraguay is too non-descript and Bolivians can be a bit too simple. Now, if they just sorted out their economy and politics...
