If you could time travel or decide which year to born?

What year would be? Lately I've been watching to much futuristic shows. I personally would not mind born In the year 2096 or some where far where society Isn't totally shit as It is today.

Born in the mid 60`s, so I`d have been old enough to get something out of the late 70`s, then go completely nuts in the 80`s. Yeah, that`d been perfect for me.

I believe any sane person would choose to be born on 50's or 60's US... you would get all their economic boom and the peak of the american music and culture during your youth, also would live the last spectrum of traditionalism patriarchy before things would get out of control.

I honestly dont know any non-white boomers complaining about their time... It's actually sad to be born as a zoomer. Most of our youth was restricted due smartphones, social medias, drugs, economically also far from the peak, a lot of wars and pandemics... it will be remembered as a depressed generation no matter how tolerant it is.

I don't see future with good eyes. Maybe playing Cyberpunk 2077 you can see the light spectrum of the end, but I only see climate changes, conflicts due resources, replacement of labor force by AI's machine activity...

I wouldn't go back in time. But I wouldn't mind being a teenager right now, as zoomer generation here has much more opportunities than mine (millenial, war generation) had.

I never lacked opportunities tho, quite the contrary, but we didn't have such easy acces to information like it is today. I feel I would make much wiser choices had I been born 10-15 years later simply due to internet being so widespread.

I wouldn't go back, I had made a lot of shit mistakes really awful and thanks to those actions I see things from a different perspective so my teenager years were crap as the dirt. But still making mistakes of trusting people I let borrow money a "friend" and now doesn't want to pay me or forgot I guess I need to work on that too.

Rather than time travelling i would preffer born in a different era, if i do time travel it might be hard for to adapt to "x" era instead of being born in "y" time
