In his place could be anyone hated by mainstream media for his radical political promises. Such persons give the last hope for unsatisfied strata of society. The general public is represented by the senate, regardless of one's intelligence, above the age of 18 Americans are able to vote. They have representatives in Congress, who in turn vote for each state. I can see why you would attempt to render Trump and Biden him "radical", as they are attempting to sanction your country even more.
