Almost nothing unfortunately.
The media is generally positive about Croatia, describing it as friendly country in terms of foreign-policy and general attitude about Israelis and Jews.
From a touristic point of view Israelis are fond of the Dalmatian mountains.

what do Israelis think about Spain & Spanish history

Young people don't know much about it; I remember learning in school about the Spanish expulsion of Jews from there 500 years ago very briefly, and modern Spain for young people is basically like to any other European country, with a mentality and weather that is typically similar to Israel.
From a personal standpoint, it is an important part of my history because I am a Sephardi Jew and my family's history is intertwined with Spanish history.

We still had oral tradition about our past in Spain and the Balkans & Turkey in my generation and in my personal family, but I suppose the present generation knows nothing or very little about it.

Two generations ago, the primary language in my family was Ladino, which is quite similar to Castilian Spanish.

The two people who appear in the videos as representatives are the foremost representatives of Sephardic Jews; one is deceased and the other is very old. The two were highly influential in passing down and documenting the traditions.

There are 500 Crimean Karaites living in Israel according to Wikipedia. What do Israelis think about them? Khazar Khanate is a thing of the past, but the Crimean Karaites still exist. Actually, you can include Krymchaks and other Judaist Turkic groups to my question related to Karaites.
