I will take my time and think about which is the absolute favorite because i like alot of different foods.

Nice! I love Greece too, the Aegean and Corfu are amazing! What's your favorite region? Also, have you ever heard of the Griko people in Calabria and Puglia? They are remnants of Magna Graecia or the Byzantine Empire, possibly both.
