I was highest at 293 lbs , now I am around 275. After today I ate a lot of food, so I have to forgo celebting all 12 days of Christmas so I don't reagain any weight. I eat what I like, but I do have less of some things. I don't have any fried foods and I eat more meat.

I've lost almost 40 kg over the last 2 years, I was a real fatass, now I'm almost at my target BMI. The trick is to start eating very clean food and steer away from anything processed, processed food is toxic garbage that messes with your appetite. Eat only lean meats and veggies, some fruit and drink only water, tea and coffee and you'll drop dramatically in weight.
