If we look at countries which the majority population ancestry are north europeans like USA, Canada and Australia there is no doubt that they succeed a lot better than south europeans did.

When we look at USA, Canada and Australia then at Argentina and Uruguay we can really say, yes, there are a 5 points difference in IQ between nort europeans and south europeans.

Argentina and Uruguay economies, societies have been developing not in isolated space, but in inter-action with American and global economical institutions. Since USA is not interested to have strong, independent country in the local neighborhood, Argentina as a state was doomed since the beginning of the XX century.
