It gives an error message when I try it, either MyHeritage doesn't include mtDNA markers or I couldn't do it correctly.

Convert the DNA raw data to the 23andMe format (f. i. with the free DNA Kit Studio) and then just upload it here:

Note that the normal upload at James Lick doesn't work for whatever reason but the advanced option that I linked above does.
