Above is a photo of former U.S. Ambassador to Russia (2011-2014) Michael McFaul, and the photo was posted at the Wiki article about him. It should be noted that if Trump had accepted this proposal, then selected Americans would have been required to submit to Russian interrogation.

The White House has declined to rule out accepting a Russian proposal to question on US soil American people – including the former ambassador to Moscow Michael McFaul – sought by the Kremlin for “illegal activities”.

The proposal arose at Monday’s summit between the US president Donald Trump and the Russian president Vladimir Putin, and any decision by Washington to assist with an adversary’s prosecution of former (U.S.) government employees (who served) overseas would be a stunning shift in US policy, especially as it could violate the international legal principle of diplomatic immunity.

• Trump actually considered forcing selected Americans to submit to interrogation by the Russian government, on U.S. soil (see my last post).
• Trump is soft on gun control: once or twice, during the 2016 campaign and / or his term in office. Trump briefly supported red-flag gun control laws. He stopped doing this when it didn't go over well with his base.

Many MAGA Republicans seem to feel that Trump is a Moses who would lead America across the Red Sea if he was elected again. I never thought of Trump that way, but I voted for him twice. But now I know better, and I won't make the same mistake again.

I see. It's a choice between him and Slow Joe, and your non-vote will help the Biden regime, which is infinitely worse than the Trump presidency.
