Well, it's not untrue. the set 'blue eyed humans' does do better academically than the set 'brown eyed humans'. I don't see why we should dismiss it as 'wank' or 'nordicist crap', that some 'populist' pop-science got some mainstream press (this article being quite old already). People are smart enough to decypher blue eyes=european and intepret it correctly. So it's good when these stories come through to the press, compared to what normally comes through.

I don't imagine u ppl would have acted hostile/butthurt as the pic above says (well, except one of you ) if they had done 'white skin leads to more academic success'. That would be pretty hilarious if it happened - the shitstorm !

actually, you're right.


but, I think you're the one who needs to 'follow logic':
if the group 'blue eyed people' has a higher achievement than the group 'brown eyed people', that still doesn't mean that a given individual blue eyed person is smarter / more achieving than a given individual brown eyed person.
So you don't understand (simple) logic, neither does the guy posting pics of Einstein, etc.
'brown eyed people' includes arabs, africans, indians, hispanics, i.e. people who aren't exactly at the top of 'academic achievement'.
the groups which are, are east-asians and europeans. Blue eyed people are almost always european. Hence the result?
I can easily grasp that and I'm hardly a great mathematician (in fact it was my worst subject )

Shit, I see enough posts on here carrying on about the relatively low intelligence of the African race, and those SAME posts show that Oriental Asians are more intelligent than we are....so if we take the two to be true, and combine that with the logic of THIS post, then please explain the FACT that there are nearly NO *naturally* blue-eyed Oriental Asians?

That's likely a spurious correlation. Unless geneticists can show that either

(a) the genes for eye color affect the expression of intelligence genes
(b) the intelligence genes directly affect the expression of the eye color gene.

c)the genes for eye color and intelligence are synonomous,

Actually you're all wrong. As per usual.

Read the article again. Blue eyed people generally like non-team orientated sports but brown eyes get along better with their fellows and like team sports.

Brown eyed people are more competitive on a social level. We can see that from the way northern Europeans interact with society and the way southern Europeans are more social minded.

Blue eyes are just de-pigmented eyes and are therefore a trait of European people.

Generally, browner people thrive off social interaction(they haggle, they barter, they constantly talk to strangers). Northerners, not so much.
